Who We Are

HYPERWAVE SYSTEMS ENGINEERING SDN. BHD., known as HYPERWAVE, was established in 2001. HYPERWAVE began its journey with a process analyzer project in Labuan, Sabah. This success led to the expansion of the Process Analyzer business to Terengganu, including the establishment of a fabrication yard.

Over the years, HYPERWAVE has evolved into an Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) contractor, encompassing key disciplines such as Mechanical & Piping, Instrumentation & Control, Civil & Structural, and Electrical works across Malaysia. A pivotal achievement was its involvement in the Malaysian Liquefied Natural Gas (MLNG) Plant Rejuvenation Project in Bintulu in 2015.

During the MLNG Plant Rejuvenation (2015–2018), HYPERWAVE introduced a collaborative culture called SAMA-SAMA logo symbolizing teamwork and care that played a crucial role in boosting team health, safety, environmental awareness, and productivity.

This heart-driven approach was further implemented during the Malaysian Refining Company Sdn Bhd (MRCSB) Turnaround Project in Malacca in 2019, garnering numerous compliments for its success in boosting efficiency and productivity.

Today, HYPERWAVE continues to excel in providing top-tier Process Analyzer services and stands as a prominent oil and gas contractor. Our expertise spans EPCC projects, turnarounds, maintenance, and plant rejuvenation. As one of the leading players in the oil and gas industry, HYPERWAVE remains committed to delivering high-quality, customized solutions that meet our clients’ needs and ensure safe and timely delivery.
